Steven Dowdeswell has been involved and trained as a foot specialist for over 15 years, initial training was funded by the NHS whilst undertaking his clinical degree in Podiatric Medicine, during his education an award for top performance in the use of Anaesthetic and surgery was achieved.

As is standard, a certificate in prescription only medicines enables rapid access to supply Antibiotics for infection, Steroid for injection and also Local anaesthetic for skin and soft tissue surgery.

We offer the latest Podiatric treatment for foot, ankle and leg pain. Specialising in Heel and Arch pain with a specific focus upon Sports Injuries.

As a keen climber and previously being an avid fell/mountain runner and endurance horse rider, Steven is passionately aware of the importance of pain free movement.

Our patients range from 6 years to 96 years of age and we welcome all Chiropody, podiatry and Sports injuries.

Many, travel large distances to see Steven. The greatest being Aberdeenshire and East Sussex. But regularly those suffering with foot pain, visit from Shrewsbury, Hereford, Shropshire, wales borders, Wolverhampton and Birmingham. This is particularly for our Shockwave and Custom orthotics Clinics here in Telford.

Steven Is an expert in treating biomechanically caused pain, with custom orthotics and insoles along with exercise rehabilitation. One of his main duties, is the running of Precision Made Orthotics Laboratory here in Telford.

As a true specialist, Steven advises and makes orthotics for other Physiotherapists, Podiatrists and Harley Street Surgeons. As a specialist advisor, the past 10 years were involved in writing medical legal reports and assisting Forensic analysis of gait (the way people walk for legal purpose).
